CAN I WET MY WOODS?
Yes, the wood is treated to resist humidity, sweat and splashes of water.
We recommend using it with care and not completely immersing it in liquids.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY WOODS ARE AUTHENTIC OR NOT?
Each frame has a serial number engraved in the auction, please send an email to
customer service by attaching some good quality photographs of your product e
specifying where you purchased it.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT?
Once the shipment has been made, we will send you an email to the address you provided us with all the data you will need for tracking.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY GLASSES AND LENSES?

We recommend using only water, do not use any other solvent, product
chemical or cleaning kits from other brands, as they have not been tested on our lenses and
they could damage them. We recommend storing them in our cases.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER FOR A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
The accepted payment methods are: Card Payment via Stripe, Paypal and Bank Transfer. Payments with Stripe and Paypal are 100% safe as you will be redirected to the security systems of these large giants; If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the bank transfer
